We would like to share an important notice regarding“changes and cancellations of reservation details” for bookings made through overseas booking sites (OTAs).
In light of recent resale-related troubles and in order to protect the safety and interests of our valued guests, we regret to inform you that our hotel is unable to process any changes or cancellations on our end for reservations made through overseas booking sites.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Should you wish to change or cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you contact the customer support of the booking site (the original source of your reservation) directly to complete the necessary procedures yourself.
For reservations made under a “Non-Refundable Plan,” please note that no refunds will be issued after payment has been processed, regardless of the reason. We kindly ask for your understanding and acknowledgment of this policy prior to making your reservation.
